A. Description of Services
COPIE2000 offers printing and finishing services of all kind; it promises to deliver the materials or the finished product according to the time chosen and to the address provided by the customer.
It should be noted that the color reproduction on the website or in any document transmitted is not contractual. As a matter of fact, the colors may look different depending on the configuration of each computer, software, monitor and printing tool. Consequently, COPIE2000 can not be held responsible in a marginal difference between the colors displayed and the colors of the delivered product.
In addition, it is important to note that the appearance of the texture of paper or materials on the website or in online viewing (by email or otherwise) is not contractual. The appearance of the texture may be different depending on the configuration of each computer, software, monitor and printing tool. Consequently, COPIE2000 can not be held responsible in a difference between the appearance of the displayed texture and texture of the product delivered.
COPIE2000 can not be held responsible for mistakes or errors contained in the body of a document sent by a client, or because of “forgotten” pages.
COPIE2000 reserves the right to refuse an order for products or services placed on the website www.copie2000.com if it is not able to complete the order as requested (due to stock limitation or other). The customer cannot claim any sort of compensation in the case of a refusal by COPIE2000.
B. Confidentiality Agreement
The transfer of documents and the transactions that take place on our website are processed using means which ensures encryption of the transmitted data.
COPIE2000 undertakes not to disclose under any pretext the files shared by the client (whether they be digital or paper files), unless requested by the client.
C. Intellectual Property and Liability
By using this website to complete an order, you declare and warrant to COPIE2000 that you hold all the rights, licenses and trademarks required to perform the said order, all according to the given specifications.
You therefore agree to indemnify, hold harmless, defend and protect COPIE2000 and its directors, officers and employees from any liability for losses, costs, expenses, suits, proceedings, claims, demands or damage arising from the execution of the order by COPIE2000, particularly resulting from the absence of rights relating to the order.
The customer agrees to ensure the protection of his password and the account access he controls. He agrees to be personally liable for any orders placed or other actions made through his account.
D. Prices and Payment
All prices stated in this website are in Canadian dollars. Although COPIE2000 tries to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information on services and prices, the risk of error is possible. COPIE2000 expressly reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies or incorrect information and to modify the price of any product or service without notice, in its sole discretion.
No delivery and no process of the order will be completed before the COPIE2000 receives full payment of the goods and all other fees, costs and taxes.
E. Shipping Policy
Product prices displayed on this website do not include sales tax, delivery charges, or any other fees and charges. Packaging and delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless a specific indication to the contrary, and will depend on the amount of goods ordered. COPIE2000 reserves the right to refuse an order at any time. Time and shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery address, delivery method chosen and the availability of the goods. Please note that delivery times are approximate and COPIE2000 can not be held responsible for any damage due to these delays.
For deliveries outside of Canada, customs fees, local taxes and all other costs related to the export of goods are the responsibility of the recipient.
F. Return Policy and Refund
Within five (5) business days of receiving the goods, you must notify COPIE2000 of any defect or lack of conformity of the goods to the requirements described (in the order form or by email), after which you will be deemed to be satisfied and to have accepted the goods. No notice of return or return of goods that exceed the fifth (5th) business day following the date of delivery will be accepted.
Since the ordered products are custom prepared according to your requirements, COPIE2000 can exchange or refund your order only if there is a manufacturing defect. In the case a finished product is found unsatisfactory or not in accordance with your expectations, the work can be reproduced at no additional cost.
In the event that the liability of COPIE2000 could be held against you, this responsibility is expressly limited to an amount of money equivalent to the price paid for the returned products.

All technical and visual data as well as the rest of the content found on www.copie2000.com are the exclusive property of COPIE2000. Any use of one or more elements of the site www.copie2000.com must first be authorized by COPIE2000.
H. Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be construed under the laws in force in the Province of Quebec, and the parties expressly elect domicile in the judicial district of Montreal.
